Ensure 100% spending of ₹20,643-crore SC Sub-Plan by January: Minister Dola Sree Bala

The Minister said the State government had earmarked ₹20,643 crore for the SC Sub-Plan during the current financial year, and instructed every department to prepare detailed action plans to ensure timely and effective utilisation of the fun
