Encounter or murder? Bihar police surrounded in Bharat Tiwari encounter, commission sent notice

The investigation into the encounter case of Bharat Bhushan Tiwari in Bhojpur has expanded. The Bihar Human Rights Commission has sought reports from the Chief Secretary, DGP, and Bhojpur SP. Previously, a complaint was also filed with the
