Encounter of rape and murderer kidnapped from the footpath

The main accused in the kidnapping, rape and brutal murder of an 11-year-old girl from south Delhi was injured in an encounter with the Delhi Police on Tuesday. While taking the accused to the spot, he tried to flee.
