Elderly woman attacked by pitbull dog, condition critical; ruckus and assault at hospital

An elderly woman was seriously injured in an attack by a pitbull dog in Kanpur's Chakeri area. After the incident, there was chaos and even a fight broke out in the hospital between the family and the dog's owner.
