E20 petrol row: Nitin Gadkari allowed to file civil suit

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court has allowed Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to file a civil suit against the circulation of defamatory and fake content on the Internet in connection with the E20 portal. Gadkari has sought Rs 11 crore in damages.
