Dust storm hits Delhi-NCR, rains lash several states

The weather has suddenly changed in many parts of the country. The severe heat wave in Delhi was followed by strong gales and rains, while an orange alert has been issued for Kerala and north Bengal due to heavy rains. The weather departmen
