Drunk cop goes on driving rampage, injures 2 on Delhi-Lucknow Highway

A suspended police constable drove drunk, injuring two pedestrians on the Delhi-Lucknow Highway. He continued speeding after hitting them, even with a detached tire. Motorists and residents chased and stopped the vehicle, then assaulted the
