Dr MK Ram surrenders at Crime Branch office as court hears plea for re-arrest

Kannur: Dr MK Ram, the head of the department of oral pathology, surrendered at the Kannur Crime Branch office in connection with the case relating to the death of Ancharakkandy Dental College student Nithinraj. The application filed by the
