Don't make constable a scapegoat: Tejashwi on Siwan AK-47 firing case

The alleged firing of AK-47s during the Bihar bandh in Siwan has heated up the politics of Bihar. Terming it as "very serious," Tejashwi Yadav asked on whose orders the firing took place and demanded a judicial probe.
