Designated terrorists: No more concessions, they have been declared as terrorists in UAPA

UAPA Act: They have been declared as terrorists under Section 35 of the UAPA Act. The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a gazette notification stating that those designated as terrorists are associated with terrorist organisations such as
