Delhi-Dehradun Expressway broken in three and a half months, repaired with 230 pins

Cracks have appeared on the Deoband-Nanouta Interchange flyover of the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway in Saharanpur, three and a half months after it was inaugurated. This happened after the rain.
