Delhi-Dehradun Expressway pothole: NHAI issues notices to officials, two suspended

The agency claims that the permanent drainage system could not be commissioned due to opposition from locals. It is alleged that the culvert from where the water was to be drained was being used as a vehicle evacuation route.
