Defected MLAs asked to file counter affidavits in High Court

The Telangana High Court on Thursday directed Congress MLAs Danam Nagender and Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy to file their counters in petitions challenging the Speaker’s refusal to disqualify defected legislators.
