CM's felicitation programme in Kalaburagi cancelled

Kalaburagi: The felicitation ceremony organised by the district Congress for Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on Monday evening was cancelled at the last minute due to delay in his arrival in Kalaburagi from his tour of Bidar district.
