Can't the new plastic Rs 10 / Rs 20 notes be folded?

Polymer Note: The Reserve Bank of India plans to introduce Rs 10 and Rs 20 notes as a pilot project for now. If these notes were received well by the people in 09BC, the rest of the notes were also changed to plastic.
