Booked 2 plots, got no agreement: Delhi consumer panel orders builder to refund Rs 19.73 lakh

A consumer commission ordered a developer to refund nearly twenty lakh rupees. This decision followed a housing project delay and the absence of a signed agreement. The Indian Air Force officer had booked two plots and paid the full amount.
