'Bomb threat 'received before office opening, officials could not see mail for 9 hours; ran away from chair at 5 pm

The email stated that the bomb would explode at 1 p.m., but the officers remained unconcerned and went about their work until about 5 p.m. When the mail was read after the server was fixed, there was a ruckus.
