Body in canal, hands tied to each other; boy and girl's death complicated

Two bodies of a boy and a girl were found on a speedboat on the banks of a canal in Faridabad. The special thing about both the bodies was that the wrists of the boy and the girl were tied tightly to each other. Probably from a data cable.
