Bharat Tiwari case: Supreme Court refuses CBI probe, asks petitioner to approach High Court

A vacation bench of Justice MM Sundresh and Justice Sheel Nagu passed the order. The petition was filed by Supreme Court lawyer Vishal Tiwari. The petition sought a CBI probe into the entire matter and action against the guilty policemen.
