Bharat encounter case: SC refuses to hear plea for CBI probe

The Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking a CBI probe into the Bharat Bhushan Tiwari encounter case. The court granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court concerned in the matter.
