Illicit liquor sale in Bhatkal, one arrested, case registered

Bhatkal (Uttara Kannada district): On a tip-off, the Shahara police on Sunday arrested a person who was selling liquor packets and bottles without an official pass permit in a public place at Jali in the taluk.
