Woman's body found in homestay near Bengaluru, boyfriend found unconscious, murder or suicide?

A woman from Bengaluru was found dead at a homestay in Chikkaballapur, while her boyfriend was found unconscious in the room. Police have recovered some medicines from the spot and registered a case of murder and are investigating.
