Bangalore: Rowdy Vignesh Arrested Under Goonda Act

Bengaluru: In a bid to curb criminal activities in the capital city, the police have arrested notorious rowdy-sheeter Vignesh under Kengeri police station limits under Goondas Act and sent him to Parappana Agrahara jail. The arrested rowdy
