Anti-paper leak bill passed in Rajya Sabha too, now a step away from becoming law

The anti-paper leak bill was discussed in the Rajya Sabha for about seven hours. Minister of State in the PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh, gave the answer. Before the reply, members of the parties in the opposition India bloc walked out.
