Ahmedabad: IPS officer attacked with sharp-edged weapon, police open fire in 'self-defence'

While the Ahmedabad Crime Branch team was interrogating Mohammad Karim alias Karimbhaiya Akbarkhan Pathan in the city's Chandola area, the accused attacked another police officer, including Joint Commissioner of Police Sharad Singhal.
