60-year-old man beaten to death with sticks, murder caught on CCTV

A 60-year-old ragpicker was beaten to death with sticks in Surat, Gujarat. The entire incident was caught on CCTV, in which the accused was seen attacking 13 times in just 30 seconds. The police found more than 100 CCTV footages.
