Alert, height and sound limit set for DJ players in Kanwar Yatra, ADG issues guidelines

Ahead of Sawan, the UP administration has imposed major rules regarding the Kanwar Yatra. The height and volume of the DJ has been capped. New guidelines have also been issued for hotels, dhabas, and restaurants.
