60% DA hike to cost Assam Rs 49.82 cr a month; State debt at Rs 1.62 lakh crore

The govt informed that revised 60% DA will add Rs 49.82 crore to the monthly salary and pension bill, even as the State's debt has climbs to Rs 1.62 lakh crore.
