Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance on Friday arrested two former Panchayat Executive Officers (PEOs) from Puri district for allegedly siphoning off more than Rs 30 lakh meant for poor and vulnerable beneficiaries under Madhu Babu Pension Yoj
