150 areca nut trees uprooted due to cyclone in Byndoor, Udupi

More than 150 areca nut trees have been uprooted in Edamalli and Hakkalumane areas of Byndoor taluk in Udupi district. The farmers have lost their crops for many years. Power lines have also been damaged and immediate relief is being sought
