15 dead as Indian tourist boat capsizes in Vietnam

A speedboat carrying 32 Indian tourists capsized near Phu Quoc Island. 15 persons sustained injuries in the accident. Amid strong winds and huge waves, the Vietnamese defence forces swung into action and carried out rescue operations. Telan
