Second, pair every examination cycle with a welfare plan as detailed as the security one — counsellor access, a staffed helpline printed on every admit card, and a single official channel so rumour never hardens into fear. Third, lower the stakes of one morning through transparent grievance redress and fair arrangements when a test is disrupted, so a re-examination is not lived as the end of a life's chance. Secure the paper; also build the system that secures the student.
