Biometric verification must be hardened against the type of spoofing devices reportedly recovered, not merely deployed and trusted. A standing examination-security authority, with forensic capacity and fast-track prosecution, would convert the Cabinet Secretary's warning from rhetoric into routine. And every major breach should be met with a published accountability note: who designed the safeguard, where it failed, and what changed before the next examination. Where candidates are innocent victims, remedies must be timely and humane. Build the system around the honest aspirant, and the solver gang loses its market.
