A 100 per cent ethanol approval, with automakers preparing compatible vehicles, is presented as a way to reduce dependence on imported fossil fuels and accelerate a shift to cleaner energy. Publish one development map that overlays new projects against forest blocks facing conflict and weak service delivery, so the gap becomes visible and answerable. The administration that can issue heritage guidelines can also make compensation and public services faster and more transparent. Reach the frontier first, and the showcase will stand on firmer ground.
