Build energy resilience in general terms so that no distant strait can so easily unsettle the economy. Judge June 19 by the signed text and the ships that actually sail, not the announcement that precedes them. And ask of every friend what India offers in return, and demands in turn: respect, given and required in equal measure. Friends, not vassals.
